Rising in Ranks: Officer Requirements

Officer requirements in this guild is based on three factors: Leadership, Ability not to show off, and Attitude towards others. (Approved by the Guild Leader himself.)

     * Leadership - This includes helping guild members whenever they can and the active time they put into the game.

     *Ability not to show off - Those showing off in anyway are sometimes thought to kill the small and laid-back "mood" that this guild is trying to achieve. Take note that it is a game and games are meant to be fun, not seriously competitive and also that most players here are intermediate.

     *Attitude towards others - "First impressions last forever." It does (sometimes) leave a mark. Officers are encouraged to act yourself around guild mates. Especially to new players who are just learning the gaming mechanics.

How are you evaluated are based on several conditions. You will not know how, who, and when you will be evaluated. Any questions, comments, or concerns are can be brought up by a guild officer or above. -Juri C.
